What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order is 1,000 units per flavour. This volume applies to both the bottle format and the horeca format, although conditions for the 5 kg format may vary by SKU.
Can I choose flavours from the existing portfolio or create new ones
Both options are available. You can choose directly from the existing catalogue or we develop a personalised, exclusive flavour for your brand. We assess feasibility and tailor the formulation to your requirements.
What does it mean that the sauces are "zero"
Our formulations contain no maltitol, no fat and no polyols. The result is a product with a reduced nutritional profile, without relying on ingredients that cause digestive side effects.
Do the sauces have a thick texture or are they liquid
All our sauces are formulated to have a thick texture, comparable to a conventional sauce. They are not watery and do not require constant stirring.
Can I customise the labelling with my brand
Yes. Contract manufacturing includes customised labelling. You send your design or we create it for you, adapting it to the packaging format and including all necessary nutritional and legal information.
What packaging formats are available
For retail and ecommerce we offer a 300 g bottle and a 500 g squeeze bottle with dispenser. For horeca and the professional channel we have 2 kg and 5 kg jerry cans, and 2 kg and 4 kg pails.
Are the products vegan
Yes. All formulations in our portfolio are vegan.
Do you provide technical datasheets and documentation
Yes. We provide technical datasheets, nutritional information, allergen datasheets and certificates upon request.
Which countries do you ship to

Yes. If you don't have a design team, we handle the complete label creation: graphic design, nutritional information, legal texts and adaptation to the packaging format. Ready for print.
What are the delivery timelines
We work with optimised production timelines. For standard orders (portfolio flavours), typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmation. For custom flavours, the timeline includes the prior development and validation phase.
Can you develop an exclusive flavour for my brand
Yes. Our R&D team can develop bespoke formulations. We work from your briefing to create an exclusive flavour that fits your brand positioning and your market's expectations.
Do you offer non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your brand, your exclusive formulations and any sensitive project information.
Can I scale up volumes as my brand grows
Our production capacity allows scaling from the 2,000-unit MOQ to industrial volumes. We grow with you without needing to switch supplier.
Is an exclusivity agreement required
We do not require exclusivity. You can work with us for one or several SKUs, with no lock-in period and no exclusivity commitment on flavours.
